Welcome to our vacation home, Haus Labaily See & Sauna, located in beautiful Saxony by the Kriebstein reservoir near Mittweida. The house has just been renovated. Make yourself at home and enjoy life. Hiking/water sports/biking/climbing/SUP/swimming — there's plenty to do right on your doorstep. Our vacation home accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms in 50 m² of modern living space. It is less than 5 minutes on foot to the water. The house has a big garden with a lake view. You are not disturbed by neighbors. The furnishings are modern and you have everything you need, including WiFi to stay connected. The space The accommodation offers a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room and a sleeping alcove. The house is fully equipped. You have a large private garden, an uncovered terrace, a balcony, and a carport with on-site parking. Air conditioning is also provided. A lounge in the garden invites you to relax, and a grill is available for barbecues. A ping-pong table is available. There is a sauna on the property that can be used for an extra fee, with space for 4 or more persons. Another sauna is located on the water and can also be booked. The water is about 5 minutes from the property. Access to the water is also possible. You can go canoeing or stand-up paddleboarding or just swim and relax. The property is also near public transportation for easy exploring. Guest access Upon arrival, the keys will be handed over or, if necessary, left for you. Other things to note Parties, events, and bachelor parties are not allowed. One pet is welcome upon request.
